Purchase returns and exchangable terms

Our Customer Service department has an after-purchase service available in order to solve any problems with our products or deliveries. We offer a fast and effective service to our customers.

You can return your purchase within 7 business days from the receipt of your order, by sending an email to info@atomikseeds.com. You'll receive all the instructions to proceed.

You will have to attach the reference number of your purchase ticket (waybill).

Claims for non-germinated seeds will be accepted only when the seed bank accepts the return.
