You can return your purchase within 7 business days from the receipt of your order, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll receive all the instructions to proceed.
You will have to attach the reference number of your purchase ticket (waybill).
Claims for non-germinated seeds will be accepted only when the seed bank accepts the return.
